In the context of the Lexical.cloud static site generator,
facing selection of tools to render a website for the catalog,
we decided to begin with Hugo for generating a static website
and against tools requiring backends or additional services
to achieve a website that is easily managed
and familiar tools for current developers,
accepting that backend services are beyond the scope of this tool.
