Generate JSON with Hugo

In the context of the Lexical.cloud json generator,
facing how to extract data from markdown frontmatter,

we decided to leverage Hugo custom output formats
and against introducing new tools for this transformation

to achieve a raw form of lexical.cloud data for later processing,
accepting Hugo is only advantageous since already in use.
